Arnold Edgar Nauss
Peacefully in Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital on May 14, 2025, at the age of 95.
He was predeceased by parents George and Florence Nauss, brothers James, Arthur, George, Frederick and William and sisters Evelyn and Lucille. He is survived by sister Violet.
Arnold was happily married to Barbara May Custock for 73 years.
He was a father to Susan and Steven, grandfather to Andre and Michelle and great-grandfather to Ethan, Renee and Riley.
He retired from the RCAF after 20 years of service with postings in England, Germany, Trenton, St. Hubert and Downsview. Following his military service, he worked as an instrument tech until his retirement.
He was always a helpful neighbor, and he enjoyed traveling, skiing, woodworking, hockey games and winters in Florida.
Following cremation, there will be a private family memorial at a later date.
