Chris Gagnon

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we share the knowledge of Chris’ passing at Almonte General Hospital on December 14, 2025 at 46 years of age. Our world became a little less bright as he departed gently, peacefully, and surrounded by love.  

Chris touched the lives of so many people, and he mattered immensely to his family, friends, and those who knew him. He carried a quiet strength, a thoughtful presence, and a gentle way of loving those closest to him. He will live on in our memories, our hearts, and in the small and meaningful moments in between.  

Chris leaves behind his wife Krista, daughter Ashlee and son Hunter to carry his memory forward and honour him each day by living life to the fullest as he would have done. As a devoted husband and father, he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. 

In accordance with Chris’ wishes, there will be no public service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation to the Cancer Society be given to help others holding the same burden, as Chris did, live long, healthy and happy lives.
