 David Lyle Young

     16 May 1958 - 21 February 2024

Our hearts are broken to announce the passing of David Lyle Young at home with his family by his side on Wednesday February 21, 2024.  Loving husband of 37 years to Wendy (Larose) and father to Wesley (Kalya) and Nicole (Tyler).  Papa to Simon, Adrian, Sophia and Arielle. 

David will be fondly remembered by his siblings Frances, Valerie, Debbie (Tom) and Billy.  Pre-deceased by his parents Norma (Giles) and Thornloe Young, sister Ellen, Father-in-law Rheal Larose and Sister-in-law Shirley Larose. He will be dearly missed by his formentioned family, as well as his extended family, nieces and nephews and many friends.  

In keeping with David’s wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to PSW’s from St. Elisabeth and Bayshore, especially Cindy. His wonderful nurse Brook and Dr. James Fullerton.
