Drommer, Elizabeth (nee Freimaier)

1932-2024

Elizabeth passed away peacefully at The Terrace on January 8, 2024 at the age of 91.
She was predeceased by her husband, Adolf and her brother, Fred Freimaier.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Irene (Micheal) Sargent; granddaughters Amanda Brownhill, Vicki (Phil) Loree; Liz (Shaundel) Collis; Katie (Wil) Foster; seven great grandchildren; her sister Maria (Siegfried) Hackbarth of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her dear companion, Charlie.
Elizabeth, along with her husband, was a lifetime member of the Mississippi Squares of Carleton Place.
Thank you to the staff of Med-Surg at Carleton Place Hospital, Dr. Fullerton and Dr. Potvin; Bayshore Health Care; and Home and Community Care (Champlain) for providing excellent Palliative services.
A very special thank you to Tara Johnson and staff at The Terrace, Carleton Place for the exceptional care provided for Elizabeth "Momma" in her last days.
A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
