It is with great sadness that the family of Elva Kelford announce her passing. Elva was born at home on September 3, 1931 in Lanark Highlands. She was predeceased by her husband Alvin Kelford (1988), her parents Russell and Merle (Tennant) Willows, her sisters Dorothy Munro, Feryn McGill, Heather Willows and her brothers Gerald, Keith, and Ray. She is survived by her son Kevin of Brockville, her sisters Ellen Lalonde, Beth Craig and brother Sterling Willows as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at Boyd’s United Church, 450 Boyd’s Road, Lanark Highlands on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the church hall. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or Boyd’s United Church.
