It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Elva Neilon in Carleton Place Hospital on August 6, 2022. Elva was the daughter of Ann and Gerald Neilon (Buckingham, Quebec). She is survived by her brothers Pat and Floyd (Jeannie). She was predeceased by her sister Geraldine Saunders. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Elva touched many hearts and will be remembered for her kindness and great sense of humor.
The family would like to thank Dr. Fullerton and the nurses for their kind and compassionate care.
As per Elva's request there will be no funeral service.
