Fiona Bailey
Passed peacefully at Stoneridge Manor in Carleton Place on Thursday February 15, 2024, after a brave battle with Alzheimer’s, surrounded by her family.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband and best friend of more than 55 years, Doug and by her daughters Andrea (Bryan) Greer and Tracy (Geoff) Dervin. She was the cherished grandmother to Jacob, Cameron, Kassidy, Emma, Kieren and Conor. Fiona will be fondly remembered by her siblings Grant and Liane. Pre-deceased by her Mother and Father - Ernest and Jane Murrison. Pre-deceased by sister in law Barb Lajeunesse and her husband Moe and brother in law John Bailey and his wife Fran. She will be dearly missed by nieces and nephews and many friends.
In keeping with Fiona’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family celebration will be held at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Lanark, Leeds & Grenville (to donate see link below).
