FRASER, Helen Eadie

1935 - 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Helen Fraser on September 13, 2022.  Predeceased by loving husband Leonard of 65 years.  She will be greatly missed by her cherished children Gregory (Susan), Kimberly (Ian) and predeceased by daughter Deborah. Beloved grandmother of Chrissie (Rob), David (Karen), Alexandra (Nicholas) and Katie (Alex) . Great grandmother to Aubrey and Edison. She is also survived by her sister Joan Read (predeceased by sister Barbara Vaughn).

Helen lived for and adored her family. Every day was a new adventure, both the good and the bad, and when you were with her you felt the warmth envelop you. The most beautiful smile and twinkle in her eye greeted you no matter the circumstance. We will carry her generosity of spirit and wisdom with us for the rest of our days.

The family would like to thank Dr. Laskey and the nurses from the Carleton Place Hospital.
A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Ave. Carleton Place on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11:00am, with reception to follow. Inurnment at Capital Memorial Gardens.
