1957 ~ 2022
We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of John Bell, 65, of Franktown. He was the soulmate and best friend of his wife Wanda. John was the hero and cherished father of Andrew (Sarah) and Erin (Emmanuel). He was the proud Poppa and best Sunday morning pancake maker to his grandchildren Avery, Noah, Amelia, Iris, and Beatrice. Predeceased by sister Janice, and parents Alec and Ina Bell. Cherished brother of Sandy, Kevin (Roxanne), and Robert and loved brother-in-law of Linda, Debbie (Jack), Jake (Donna), Chrissy (Mike), Patti (Johnny), Barb (Jimmy), and Andi (Dennis). He will be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews, his extended family, and many friends. John was dedicated to his 45-year career in road construction and will be greatly missed by his colleagues all over Ontario.
Friends may call at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Tuesday, August 2. 2022 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
