Peacefully, on Friday October 17, 2025, at the Almonte General Hospital, Kenitha passed away at the age of 71. She was the beloved wife and best friend of Robert for 50 years, and a devoted mother to Stephanie and Patrick.

Kenitha will be deeply missed by her two best friends, Brenda and Laura, as well as her brother, Jed and his wife Jane. She will also be missed by her fur babies, Panda and Midnight (PIG). She was predeceased by her God parents, Ivan and Ruth Baverstock; by her in-laws, Ken and Lillian Reid; and by her longtime friend Barr McNab. Kenitha will be fondly remembered by many friends, extended family, and by the entire Reid Family.

A Celebration of Life in honour of Kenitha will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1 – 5pm at the Carleton Place Curling Club (120 Patterson Crescent). Doors will be open at 1pm with a short ceremony beginning at 2pm.

Robert, Stephanie, and Patrick would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. Matt Tiffany and the wonderful nurses at the Almonte General Hospital for the exceptional care Kenitha received during her stay and following her passing.
