We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of Lorie-Lyn McCann on Friday, May 13, 2022.  Beloved daughter of the late Barbara McCann and Tom McCann (Pam Clements).  Survived by her son Sam McCann who was the true love of Lorie’s life.  She is also survived by her two sisters, Susan McCann (Robert Larisey) and Bobbi McCann (Jamie Bowden). Lorie was a very proud Aunt to her two nieces Charlotte Larisey and Laurel McCann who were always able to bring a smile to Lorie’s face even on her worst days.  She will be deeply missed by her wonderful aunts and cousins, many of whom were not only family but her best friends. Lorie loved her family and friends with a loyal passion as rare and beautiful as she was.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends as well by many of Sam’s friends who she gave her time, advice and home to over the years.  We are truly grateful for Chrissy and Shirley who took wonderful care of Lorie over the last year as her health declined. Beautiful girl, we will think of you often and remember you always.

Lorie will be laid to rest at United Cemeteries, Carleton Place with a private graveside service.
