LEE, Nicholas Alexander “Nick”

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nicholas “Nick”Alexander Lee on November 13, 2021, at the age of 39. 

Unconditionally loved by his wife and best friend Katherine “Kate” Ferguson and adored father of Weston and Angus.  Beloved son of Cathy Coleman (Paul) and David Lee (Lynda), big brother to Sonja Lee and Amber O’Hern (Tom), step-brother to Amy Pero (Scott) and Erin Schriel (Jim), and son-in-law to Mellis and Linda Ferguson. 

Nick was a talented, hard-working, and much-respected carpenter. His commitment and dedication to his work and family were recognized by all who knew him. Nick’s boys loved spending time with their dad, whether it be coaching them hockey, fishing, or just spending time out on the water. Kate will miss all of the fun that they had, and the way that Nick could always light up the room with his infectious smile and sense of humour. Most of all, his family and friends will miss his kind and generous nature, and his passion for everything he did.

Family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home (19 McArthur Ave, Carleton Place).  A Memorial Service will be held in the Barker Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11 am.   

To meet current guidelines, attendees must show proof of double vaccination and photo ID. In Memory of Nick, a trust has been set up for Weston and Angus at TD Bank, Katherine Ferguson-Branch 32736-004 Account-6145654.
