Patricia Ann Chase

Peacefully at the Almonte General Hospital with her husband Bruce by her side on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at the age of 73. Predeceased by her parents Sam and Noella Wara. Survived by her brothers, Robert Wara (Susan), Tate Wara and Randy Wara and her sisters, Karen Deevy (Jim) and Lynne Chapman. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Over the years Pat worked at many jobs in the Ottawa area, eventually settling in on the data entry field.

Thanks to Sally Carter of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network, as well as all the PSWs and Nurses from Bayshore Home Health for their assistance in supporting Pat at home these past few months. A special thank you to Dr. Milko and all of the nurses and staff of the Rosamond Unit of the Almonte Hospital for their professionalism and empathy in making the last days of Pat`s life very comfortable and pain free.

A family gathering will take place at a later date.
