Patrick passed away peacefully with family by his side. Beloved husband to Laura (Dicaire) Loving father to Tyler (Ashlynn) Alexandra (Adam). "Gramps" to Cadence, Landon, and Jaxon. Predeceased by his son Derek, mother and father Dot and Russell.
Patrick will be missed by his family and friends.
