In Loving Memory of Roberta Lyn Fournier

July 16, 1966 – April 12, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roberta Lyn Fournier, who left us peacefully in her sleep on April 12, 2025, at her home in Carleton Place, Ontario. She was 58 years old.

Roberta was a beacon of love, kindness, and quiet strength. Her partner of 15 years, Paul, her devoted daughters, Melissa and Sam, and her loving sisters, Roxanne, Robyn, and Tina, will forever cherish her memory. She also leaves behind extended family including Tom, Kenny, Tiffany and treasured grandchildren and countless friends, colleagues, and relatives whose lives she touched profoundly.

Her compassion was boundless, her laughter infectious, and her heart open to all. As a mother, Roberta was her daughters’ rock and greatest cheerleader. Her unwavering love and dedication shone through in the smallest of gestures - the perfect Halloween costumes, her presence at every football game, and the magic she created during holidays, even in challenging times.

Together with Paul, Roberta built a life filled with laughter, passion, and deep connections. Their shared love and partnership were a testament to what it means to live wholeheartedly.

Roberta’s legacy transcends her own lifetime. She leaves behind a tapestry of kindness and Love, woven through the lives she touched in her personal and professional world.

A visitation to honor and celebrate Roberta’s life will be held at Barker’s Funeral Home, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place, ON, on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Forever loved and deeply missed, Roberta’s memory will remain a

 source of comfort and inspiration for all who knew her.
