With family my his side at the Carleton Place Hospital Tom passed away peacefully after a long courageous health battle. He is predeceased by his son Tommy. He is survived and greatly missed by his daughter Laura (aka Laurie) and son Chris ( Mel). Proudest grandfather to his only grandchild Brooklyn. He will be missed by siblings Shelley and Wendy as well as his best friend Scott. As per his wishes there will be no service.
